Founded by Steven Beeching and based in Ashford, we clean the outside of properties right across Kent, seven days a week.
Steven started the company after seeing what our sister company, Kent Clearance, had built up locally, and the same thinking runs through both: turn up when you say you will, do the job properly, and be straight with people about what does and doesn’t need doing.
We work on family homes, rental properties and commercial premises. Every member of the team is fully insured and trained, and we’ll always tell you honestly what a job needs rather than quoting for everything.
We’re based in Ashford and work right across the county, seven days a week.

There is no one size fits all approach here, and matching the technique to the surface is most of the job.
High pressure will strip moss off a driveway. It will also blow the jointing sand out of block paving, raise the grain on timber decking, and pit soft natural stone. So we don’t reach for it by default.
Where a surface is soft or the problem is green growth rather than dirt, we use hot water and low pressure, and follow up with an anti-fungal treatment that keeps it away for longer. Where we’re working at height, on windows, gutters, fascias or solar panels, we work from the ground with a reach pole. Nothing leans against your guttering or your conservatory roof.
Our cleaning products are gentle on the environment, your property and your pets, but they shift what needs shifting.
