Founded by Steven Beeching and based in Ashford, we clean the outside of properties right across Kent, seven days a week. We work on family homes, rental properties and commercial premises. Every member of the team is fully insured and trained, and we’ll always tell you honestly what a job needs rather than quoting for everything.

Our services
Regular cleaning keeps a property looking right, and it stops small problems turning into repairs.
Moss in the joints, algae on the render, a blocked gutter running down the wall. All of it is cheaper to clean than to fix. We cover the outside of the property and, for end of tenancy work, the inside too.

A full steam clean to shift moss and lichen, then an anti-fungal treatment to slow regrowth.

How we work
There is no one size fits all approach here, and matching the technique to the surface is most of the job.
Our cleaning products are gentle on the environment, your property and your pets, but they shift what needs shifting.
We won’t risk damaging your property to get a job done quicker, and if we don’t think something will come up we’ll tell you before we start rather than after.
Hard surfaces
High pressure strips moss off a driveway, but it also blows out jointing sand and pits soft stone, so we don’t reach for it by default.
Soft and green
Hot water and low pressure, then an anti-fungal treatment that keeps the growth away for longer.
Up high
Windows, gutters, fascias and solar panels are worked from the ground with a reach pole.
